Keith came to be Dean of Fredericton and therefore responsible for leadership and pastoral care at the Cathedral in August of 1999. Prior to that he had been Rector of the Parish of Hampton, which is thirty minutes north east of Saint John, for just over two and a half years. For the previous nine years he had been Rector of St. Paul's, Knowlton in the Diocese of Montreal. Before that he had been the Incumbent, for four years, of St. Paul's, Brighton along with the smaller point of St. George's, Wooler, in the Diocese of Toronto. This all was after his curacy at The Church of The Messiah in Toronto. He had been ordained Deacon and Priest in 1982, in January and November respectively in Toronto Diocese.
Keith is married to Elinor who is a French immersion teacher. Alastair and Jessica are at Fredericton High School and Caitlin has completed her BBA degree here at UNB. The whole family very much enjoys Fredericton and have settled-in well.
As the son of missionary parents, Keith had the opportunity to live and attend schools in Lebanon, India and one of the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dubia). Elinor and Keith were married in 1977, not long after they had both completed their undergraduate degrees at U of T. Seminary came a couple of years later, at Trinity College, at the same university.
