Under the direction of Organist and Choirmaster
Dr. Willis Noble, music is an integral part of life at the
Cathedral, with instrumental and choral music playing an
important role in worship services. In addition, many musical
events are held in the building thoughout the year.
Music at the Cathedral
The Cathedral Choirs enrich worship services every week.
A detailed Music List is available for the services each month.
The Cathedral Organ has over 2500 wood and metal pipes.
The Cathedral is host to a number of Festivals and Concerts by numerous
musicians during the year, especially during the Christmas and Easter Seasons, and the Summer Music Series.
A New Hymnbook
"Common Praise", the new hymnbook of the Anglican Church of Canada is being adopted at the Cathedral. Read what Michael Capon wrote about this exciting development.
